Might not be a yucca, might be a cordyline australis aka NZ cabbage tree. Probably fits the wetter climate better. Doubt a yucca could make it in Finland (?)

I dislike palm trees because they have very sharp spikes along the stems of their fronds. You’d better have some thick-rear end gloves if you’re trying to clean up after these bastard hell fuckers of the tree world. In the depths of winter, you may be having romantic dreams of wandering along a palm-lined tropical beach in flip-flops, but you’re gonna get a reality check right quick when you trip over some of their droppings.
