Fundamentally different? Not from what I've seen. But I think their MR will be better, and most importantly it will bring the Devs. Content is king.

As far as I can tell it's just basically as if you were seeing passthrough all the time instead of being in your Oculus home.

I know some people will do this, but I don't this thing is designed to wear all the time, which Google Glass was.
