Deveolpment of the gun itself is complete; however the trick is to somehow lure Jesse Ventura back to active duty.

In a slightly related topic, did the ATF ever get back to those guys about the automatic fire gun controlled by a hamster wheel? I was talking about that with a friend the other day.

Back in the early 90's, I remember seeing a poster in the back office of an indoor range for a company that made a small .380 linkless minigun for SWAT entry teams.

Not finding much on the old Intarweb, though. Poster might have been a prototype or "vaporware" since I've never encountered or heard of the real deal actually being marketed.

What I never got was how they all fired at once (if they even do that). Theres only one firing pin in a 40mm GL right? how do all the rounds go off at once?

You put a big primer (shotgun, large pistol, whatever) in the back of the grenade body. When it goes off, it's got enough energy to drive all the .22LR firing pins at once.

No; people are openly selling brand new ones over the internet, after all. As I understand it, the distinction is that pulling the launcher's trigger sets off a single primer; everything after that is part of the ammo.

I bet it'd be an MG real fast if it fired 3 rounds of .45 instead of however many of .22
