A half an hour later, Tallulah did move. Mostly it was an effort to make herself more comfortable until the barrier to food issue was resolved.  e: i let her into the bathroom. mysteriously the food disappeared??? Life is hell.

I have the largest handled carrying crate for him for taking him to the vet and i had to zip-tie the top and bottom together because he pushes against the top so hard it causes the door to fall out of its hinges.

The closest we have been to a 2015 story was Echo munching lilies behind my wife's back a few weeks ago and the stupid poo poo ending up with a belly full of charcoal and us with a big vet bill.

This morning we found a stray tuxedo cat who was completely deaf outside our house. Turns out our neighbours had been feeding him for the past month he'd been around, but neither of them could take him in. We managed to get him into a cat carrier and take him to a local shelter, he's obviously once a pet, at least and hopefully he has a chip, but I suspect if not he'll be adopted in no time. He is a complete lovebug, loves chin and head skritches and is just all round a fantastic cat with an odd raspy meow. His deafness means I was really worried about him remaining outside, you can walk right up to him and he won't notice you if he can't see you, and then gets startled by you. :c I wish I could have kept him.
