I asked when I adopted her and SFSPCA had no idea what happened to her. No hair on her tail has ever grown back either.

Cinnaposting is always good. Tallulah is down 2.5lbs, about 5-7lbs to go depending on what the vet tells me. Right now the plan is to keep calories at ~230kcal/day + more exercise.

e: based on my probably unreliable, completely non-vet, weight scale - Tallulah is down another 0.4lbs. That would make her overall weight loss at 3.1lbs but I only base that on the vet's weigh in. Still though :3:
