She didn't buy it herself; Fuzzknot was the girlfriend of goon Bootcha, both of whom posted in the Star Citizen thread.  and  also had emotes bought for them. She got banned for getting a little overprotective of Bootcha regarding some comments by Sandi towards him, and (to my knowledge- I'm still a thousand loving pages behind in that thread) both of them have never posted in the SC thread since.The emote itself, apparently, is of Rikki Tikki Tavi.
