The ME2 smilies are kind of silly, but nothing beats  for the simple absurdity of somebody spending three times the cost of the actual game on a meme that died as soon as it was born.HenessyHero posted:When that thread was happening, it was the raddest thread there was. You'd need to pm precision for a list, he was the one who first noticed (because there was a reference to his person on there somewhere?) and he got in contact with a bioware rep. IIRC there were a substantial amount of references, but they were mostly of the oblique kind. No NPCs named magimix or anything like that on there.

Not too smiley related (I guess avatars don't count) but I figure this is the best place to ask; why have people suddenly been popping up with pink and cyan recreations of their own avatars? IE: Am I missing out on something happening or is this like a subforum's subculture thing?
