I went upstairs. Monty stayed down stairs doing Monty things. I was up there for maybe 30 minutes and when I came downstairs, it was a loving massacre.

For my Thanksgiving doggos, I did a shift at the food co-op being a cart walker. You basically walk with people to their car or whatever then bring the empty grocery cart back. The gravy is that when there's no carts to walk you get to pet the dogs that hang out in front while their people are shopping.

My mom just sent me a picture. Apparently they found a Grinch hair headband in a closet, and naturally it ended up on the dog. Dog responded the way old dogs do: Zzzzzzzzz

Went to the shelter yesterday to pick up a dog for a walk and after I returned him, I made my rounds to check all the boxes. I turned a corner and there were 5 pups from the same litter, born on June 22nd, one cuter than the other - so if you get to pup #5, you can only imagine HOW FREAKING CUTE THAT LAST ONE WAS! And then I suddenly remembered that yesterday also was the first time in YEARS I forgot my phone at home. Sorry, no photos, but I will drive back there tomorrow and deliver - unless they're all gone already.

Here's two of Biscuit's littermates that my sister has decided to keep; there's Knox, the brindle one, and Gus, the brown and white one. If I didn't live with a bunch of weirdo college kids I would have stolen Knox before I came home. Also, bonus shot of the whole litter on their very first trip outside.    This is why I love going home for the holidays; I get to see all sorts of adorable dogs.
