I once ran the numbers on helium production via fusion. if we had better-than-breakeven H-H reactors and 100% of our energy was being generated by them, they'd output helium at like ~0.0001% of the rate we use it at (turns out fusion is ridiculously efficient and also we use a fuckton of helium for a bunch of poo poo)
