Still, she's really cute and from what I've seen of her stuff outside drag race, a really great queen and performer. She's my choice for Miss Congeniality at the very least.I am pretty happy to see Adore win a challenge...especially this one, since I assumed she'd crash and burn. She's really grown on me in the last couple episodes. ALSO, Bianca in Untucked; everything about her letter was cute and adorable. Ray-lady for America's Next Drag Superstar.

Nngh this episode just leaves a bad taste in my mouth, not least because of Ben.  While I agree that her first two looks aren't so great, I thought Ben's eleganza look was the best, if only because she's the only one that uses a fabric of a different color than the jewels. You're supposed to showcase the jewels, not make them fade into the clothes! I thought Bianca of all people wouldn't do that - Bianca's last dress just looks like a big mass of tube-paint blue.And then there's Adore's win. The thing is that Adore's probably the only one that really serves it up with all three looks, and that's... a terrifying thought. I think her looks are the best of everyone, overall, but I don't even think that they're challenge-win-good. Then Darienne actually beat Ben in that lipsync fair and square. I am double-bummed, because not only Ben goes home, Darienne is receiving a lot of backlash as a result, even though she's quite gracious as we can see in Untucked. I feel bad for her. Ugh, Ben

Yeah, Darienne isn't the villain here. I'm pretty sure that's the most gracious anyone has ever been about the entire group saying she should go home... it happens every season and it's usually a big drama bomb and she handled it like an adult. I'm happy Adore won, and I definitely feel like this was an earned win, not the producers handing her anything. Her looks were all completely distinct, totally on-point and she sold the hell out of them. Everyone else was a bit bland. If anything, this episode shows the flaws of the challenge / lip sync system. Ben probably should have been in the bottom two, and Ben did do worse in the lip sync, but Darienne did so much worse at the challenge that it doesn't feel like that should matter.

Two of her three looks were the same ones we've seen all season from her. As much as I hate to admit it, I'm bored of what she brought to the competition and I can see why she's gone.

I actually yelled at my monitor. That's a first. gently caress Darienne, both her and Courtney are sneaking into the top three. It's bullshit. I am incredibly pissed off that Darienne stayed. Courtney should have been in the bottom two for relying on her body yet again. I don't understand why Ru kept Darienne... It's going to bug me the whole ride out. At least I live in Seattle, and I can go see Ben whenever she has a show in town.  It's profoundly shocking to see the winner of Snatch Game go home this early.As for Bianca... I hope she or Adore kicks those two dead-weights to the curb. I wanna see Adore's performance art vs Bianca's steel-clad charisma. As much as I liked Courtney, THIS  is really creeping me out. I refuse to be angry about Darienne still being in the competition. Why? - Her lip syncs were better than Ben's, or at least since this week was a virtual tie the previous one kicked Dela's rear end - While they didn't work, I appreciated what Dar tried to do with the first and third looks - Neither of them were going to win anyway, and at least now Dela has a shot at Miss Congeniality. - It wasn't Bianca going home. - It's not half as bad as Jocelyn not being in the bottom two for the Interview challenge

I couldn't really tell if Darienne was doing a better job than Ben in the lipsync because I was too distracted by the sagging nylon sock she was wearing. I feel like the fact that all three of her looks were absolutely awful in every single way should have been reason enough to send her home. I mean yes Ben's was pretty similar to things she's worn before, but the execution and concept was miles ahead of Darienne's sparkly garbage bag. Speaking of, how come no one's clocked her for always wearing sparkle bags? They got on Ben and Bianca's case, but had nothing to say about Darienne being predictable. Maybe because they know she can't really wear anything else with her shape and don't want to call attention to it? Seriously, I don't think I've seen a worse outfit this far into the competition. Why was the crotch so low on the dress? It looked really out of place. Was it to compensate for her belly? You know, I'm all for bigger girls coming on the show, but how about ones who know how to dress for their shape and don't just drape swaths of fabric across themselves and call it a day? Or maybe get a big girl who's actually curvy and not just a big wide blob shape who likes to hide everything with sparkle muu-muus. Okay that may sound mean, but considering the girls always rag on Adore for having a "hog body", I don't think I'm being too harsh.

Man, this episode was upsetting. The lip synching sucked from both and as soon as Dela came out on stage in that outfit I knew it was trouble, but overall Darien needed to go. She has not wowed anyone (ever?) and in this episode in particular did a really poor job. Ben I really like Courtney, Adore, and Bianca. They are all pretty talented, so if Darien somehow is safe in the next episode and ends up in the top 3 I'll be really baffled.

Ben was probably sent home because Ru didn't like him enough to risk him winning the whole shebang if he made it to the top 3. At least Bianca is all but guaranteed a win now, and Adore will get it if for some reason Roylady goes home next week.

I love that Magnolia Crawford continues to be a punchline on the show and how Adore, who never got to meet her, is absolutely loving baffled every time she shows up. I don't understand eliminating Dela unless it's just Ru locking a story arc down where they bring Dela back to eliminate Darrienne two or three episodes from now, that's the only way I can make sense of the choice. I was hoping for April or even Trinity to show up again, but now I've got my fingers crossed for Ben.

Neither Darienne or Ben's runway or lip sync performances were anything to write home about, but I don't get how Darienne wins out of the two. It's especially surprising since every single queen said that Darienne should go home, and Darienne's final outfit was just atrocious. I was also completely blindsided by Adore's win after seeing her executive look. I just didn't get the judge's reasoning this week at all.

Compare that all three of Darienne's fails. It just doesn't add up. I was really hoping Courtney would be in the bottom just so we can see her lip sync (and then Bianca next week). But I guess we're going to miss out on at least one this season. No way Darienne survive next episode.

As soon as they made allusions that Ben was boring, that was a wrap for her: when it comes to these shows it's far better to be bad than boring. I do think that Lake won the lipsync, but was clearly on the bottom of the runway. Certainly puts a new perspective on them both being saved those episodes back. As another goon said, neither of them are winning anyway and I fully expect Darienne to hit the bricks next week. It'll come down to Adore and Bianca with Courtney pulling up the rear. It also makes a great angle as Bianca and Adore have established a mentor / apprentice relationship. In my opinion, Bianca deserves it more but Adore makes a better story and Mama Ru does like her stories.
