God, that Season 4 RuVealed was disappointing. I was expecting some Drag Queen commentary, but we just got a cheapass Popup Video with occassional Ru. I want to hear some background info from Latrice, Sharon, Chad, Wilam and even drat PhiPhi.

I feel like that article was a bit tongue in cheek and played up but honestly I can't tell. Also my wife is marathoning all of the seasons again and I can't understate how much I hate the airplane song sketch from season 7.

Ru sometimes comes off like one of the thinnest-skinned drag queens I've ever seen (his twitter tirade during the she-mail debacle popped into my mind). I usually just chalk it up to him thinking "I am THE drag queen, I'm the one who broke down the walls/opened the door/whatever, I shouldn't have to deal with this poo poo!" But that entire interview read like Stuart Smalley if Al Franken was not in on the joke. And people who talk like that always seem to be one light breeze away from crumbling.

Oh man. I'm so excited. Denver's finally having one of the big Drag Shows that is at a venue and not a bar. It's fan favs meaning: Pearl, Katya, Adore, Alaska, Willam and Trixie hosted by Bianca Del Rio. I also got Front row center meet and greet tickets. Good god I can't wait!
