Yeah, gently caress everybody who thought the "they planned every season like it was their last" stuff the creators constantly said was bullshit. There's no way you come up with most of the stuff in this episode, or anything in that next episode preview, if you think your show's lasting for much longer. Kaleidoscope lesbians alone would be what most people do in a last episode because they know they won't get even another chance at airing something like that anywhere, let alone everything that happened in the last 3 minutes.

On the subject of the crazy chef's chinese food: 1. The fingers (and the hands in general) would probably do better slowly braised in a black bean sauce. Dunno why Mason gets so uppity about the pig tails being "all skin and bone eugh!" If they're done properly there should be oodles of delicious gelatin. Frankly, ginger and black vinegar would probably be too pungent to braise the fingers in straight up. 2. Bone marrow should be served on a piece of toast or something with some fresh green herbs to cut the richness. Or perhaps chopped up in a bordelaise sauce... marrow isn't really a Chinese thing... that I can recall, at least. 3. That is a terrible terrible Peking Hannibal skin. It should be crispy and crackly not covered in a moist glaze.

There was a time skip. Presumably, Hannibal was interrupted sometime right after the episode cut to the final scene. Will had a wound on his forehead and dried blood all down his body. I assume they'll explain what happened next week (hopefully).

A scene just before Hannibal decided to pick Will's brain had Bedelia pretty clearly coming to an understanding with the corrupt Italian police officer and giving up Hannibal's location so he could sell him to Verger. We can presume that whatever the Italian equivalent of a SWAT team is burst in the door as Hannibal was getting ready to air things out with Will.

I know you guys will not agree with me, but I'm just beyond tired with the constant sound of drums (or something) in the back. I want to drink in the atmosphere but then I'm completely pulled out of it with this barrage of sounds. And they put it in almost every scene now.
