I mean with the camera work being all werid and the camera men and equipment (and a ladder) not even hidden in the slightest, and you can see the road and traffic out the window I am pretty sure that this is a pre-2001 Scandinavian (I know finland isnt) television talk show studio (the audience should also give it a way).
