I dunno, it's been a while since I've had a non-stovetop coffee machine. I guess 1000W seemed low but it's not?

i mean, a small stovetop heating element is something like 1200W, and being way less efficient than a submerged heating element (e.g. kettles, coffee makers) 1000W is a lot unless you're making truly huge amounts of coffee.

skipping coffee today and need to cut back in general i think. trying to figure why Iíve been having these biblical energy crashes late afternoon/early evening and Iím gonna start with reducing my caffeine intake.
