when you get around to trying a refillable, post which one you get and how well it works. I'm seeing a lot of bitching about having to tamp the reusable pod a lot to get the equivalent coffee in there.

i have a model up from that and they were very friendly and accommodating with repair information and replacement parts when my roommate broke it. they post their own teardown videos, etc. i think you made a good choice.
