But when it is it will launch from the SC client, naturally. - It can't have damaged Crytek that they were late with the code share. Can someone explain what this is in response too? like what is this filing? Aren't several complaints already under consideration? L I'm confused. EDIT: also have all the internet lawyers who thought the whole case is dismissed admitting they have no idea how court works or naw?

I'm not sure what precisely answer was required since the complaint was already amended and responded to and even had motions to dismiss ruled upon, anyway responses to complaints are usually all boilerplate "we ain't did nothing, and even if we did it didn't matter and even if it did matter it's too late!" For all intents and purposes it's basically a notice to the court that you're awake and you intend to contest it instead of defaulting.

Needs a 'Good day SIR!' to be really legal. SoftNum posted:Can someone explain what this is in response too? like what is this filing? Aren't several complaints already under consideration? L It's a double-down on the motion to dismiss that they're pushing really hard based on there being absolutely no case to answer, one of the points being the totally legal and never-before-tried gambit of making a special separation between Chris Roberts of RSI and Chris Roberts of CI!G. They effectively try to gish-gallop the various requirements for there to be legal standing for the complaint, but it's unlikely to really work given the court in question. They really need to be working on a defense that a jury can get behind. As with all punditry, we tend to avoid making _absolute_ determinations unless a judge has weighed in, because those buggers can occasionally come from left field with some wacky stuff, and it's a brave internet lawyer that flips a coin based on what a Judge is thinking.

TheDarkFlame posted:The only streams I really check in on are a handful of Rocket League streams where occasionally interesting matches are played and interesting content and analysis, you know nerdy esports stuff rather than screamy streamer personality-driven stuff. No disrespect if that's your thing, at the end of the day it's still watching someone else play a video game. Hell it might be sadder, as sometimes it's listening to someone watch someone else play a video game... I mostly just watch smaller streams where chat is slow enough to read and people tend to behave or get run out and there's little to no screaming going on. Mostly Zelda games or games with a lot of different paths to take (gameplay or storywise), just to see how people approach situations differently than I would. I like when someone makes me go "Wait, you could solve it that way?!?". Not into watching e-sports, myself, outside of the occassional Starcraft 2 match, but it's cool if you enjoy that ![]() Anyway... Yeah, I don't really know why people would gift like 20 or 100 subs at once, but whatever floats their boat, I guess. TheDarkFlame posted:I think you're still being misleading. The game isn't at all about walking, and in many cases walking is ill-advised as moving around is liable to clip you through the floor or otherwise kill you for no reason, especially if you're actually in a spaceship somehow.

Grubby Hobo posted:I too hope that Star Citizen is replete with "obvious role play that fits with having toilets." This is the kind of stuff that people are hoping for because they're frothing at the mouth for the open world of a Bethesda game and the fidelity and animation of a competent game studio and the longevity that Nexus Mods will bring to it. The second life in space except all the kinks are already built in just and just waiting for your fidelitous bathroom role play to be engaged. I wonder what happened to that CIG dev who asked people to chill with the bathroom stuff at some point around when the medical ship thing was being sold as the best ship.
