If this means they lose the core demographic, and in exchange lure in a bigger one with deeper pockets, that's the direction they'll go in. Both approaches make money. The first approach makes better products, the second approach makes more money. If your goal is ONLY making money, then "satisfying customers" is a PR checkbox, not a requirement.

He doesn't participate in reddit or Spectrum really, the game exists completely in his head. He is not very bright either, seems like a typical scam mark.
