I feel like Whale Daddy almost definitely loses here. It's too perfect a setup. The cocky kid gets put into a fixed match, the other guy decides to not take a dive, and the cocky kid proves himself in an actual fight. That and Saw Paing seems like a bit more of a rounded character as opposed to the gimmick heavy character of Yoshinari.
