At this point in the game turtling is the right strategy against this Pens team. The Pens' defensemen can't consistently keep the puck in the zone anyway.

True, and it's kind of inevitable for any hockey team, but the Pens have plenty of people who can turn on the jets.

Ironically, I've been advocating the Preds play Subban as a forward. In the same vein, The Pens should probably play Crosby as a defenseman.

At this point the Penguins probably should play a couple of forwards as defensemen and I'm not being ironic. Not Crosby of course but frankly the Penguins are scratching forwards every night who cannot possibly, even with zero training at any level, play defenseman any worse than Hainsey and Maatta are playing it.
