Strange that they keep coming up with completely new hero concepts rather than releasing ones that are known to exist but not in the game yet. Like Tidal Spirit, Sorla Khan, whatever other artifact heroes exist, etc. They have enough content planned to add a hero a season rather than 1 or 2 a year.

Second hero would be the most likely one considering that the last couple of TIs have had double hero reveals, but who knows.
