i was taking the screen out of my faucet yet again when a bit fell out. i threw it away. i guess it was the restrictor because now the tap in my office bathroom has insanely high water pressure. i don't really like it, but previously it'd get clogged and require futzing with every couple weeks. and that was after being replaced maybe 6-8 months ago. anyway if you need water quick, come on over. it's hard but it hydrates

As the patron saint of watuary you should get some primo poo poo I have a tap until recently the water was excellent but I think they had to start chlorination for *reasons* probably related to public health or some bullshit I’m moving soon so no reason to do anything at partners place she has her fridge plugged into the tap and filtered so you get fresh clean filtered cold water whenever and same with ice. it’s a pretty sweet scenario

Been consistent with half a gallon a day. This is like 1.5 quarts more fluid than I normally drink. I don't want to push for a gallon a day right now cause I'm already craving salt and don't want to get hydrophobia or whatever it is. My kidneys are so happy right now, and today I broke the caffeine headache streak. 7 days this time, so at least I know how long a detox still takes.

Great job! I "track" by filling a 1 gal jug up and just making sure I slam down at least half of it, makes it much simpler than trying to remember cups.
