water is pretty good but it doesn’t overload my bodies reward centres and encourage me to drink more than is necessary just to get caffeine sweetness or alcohol into me

i stopped drinking booze for january OP longest time i have been sober as an adult still drinking coffee and alcohol free beers and coke tho, no watuary for me

i'm glad this is over because it turned out to be harder than i expected. i didn't lose any weight, and i can't yet say if it's made me any healthier. one thing it has done though is made me realise how much alcohol i was drinking and that i really need to cut down, so i think i'm going to try and stay sober for a while longer.

i drink a lot of soda water but i am an idiot with a 5 gallon CO2 tank and regulator i use to carbonate 2 liter bottles. it’s $150 for parts initially but then you can refill it at the welding supply store for $12 which will carbonate like 300 liters of water
