Get your tablet back out, Jam. Get it back out.

Ugh. Gunther. You suck so bad.

In other news, I would be all for a Mary Worth tag, whether it features Aldo or Wilbur.

Perhaps you have not been to the *Playground*.
The *Playground* is for Taalo and for Orz, but *Campers* can go.
It more fun than several.
You can go there for too much fun.
I like any of the seagull tags, though the Sluggo Is Lit one fits the weird comic strip world pretty darn well. The Mark Trail ones are pretty good too.

Oh my goodness, yes.

In today's Corto Maltese: Corto magically gets his hat back, or Benjamin Franklin throws down his pen in disgust, refuses to draw another political cartoon again, or How ill Croto get out of THIS situation?!

OK, here's the ones I did and enjoy, anyone feel free to steal them as jumping off points. If someone wants to get wacky with the seagull, PM me and I can send you the PSD. Busy work today so this is probably it for me. I did get the pause in there, at least. A couple of them are too wide, and I'd fix them if I thought people wanted to use them, but I'm dubious.

You have drawn comics for like a decade you should know how the gently caress to draw a goddamn gutter between panels.

People drawing their very first strip know how gutters work.

How did you manage to make 2 panels instead look like a non euclidean hellscape?

How?!

I feel like an all-around good dude like Will Henry is more deserving of having his work that he puts tons of effort in immortalized in our gangtag than James "Clipart" Allen, who, while by no stretch as lovely as Scott Adams, is pretty legimitately lovely. Plus I'd be a bit worried that James Allen actually might turn Adams-lovely in a way that goes public beyond the borders of the comics thread and then we'd all sit there having Mark Trail tags.

Who's going to be writing it? I drifted away from Giant Days after a year or so because I didn't care for Susan's characterization. Her original depiction made her an instant favorite, but in comic book form she was just consistently awful to non-lovely folks for no good reason.

Allison writes all of the Tackleford comics (Bad Machinery, Giant Days, Bobbins etc) these just have other people doing the art. I think that's because Allison also likes to work on multiple projects, when Giant Days was running he also released By Night and Steeple.

I agree with you about Susan though.

Something I remember in one of the last issues was Susan storming into the apartment she lives with McGraw, stopping to catch a ball a bunch of kids were playing with, and then destroying it in front of their eyes. :wtc: And when the angry mother was knocking at her door, Susan had someone else deal with them instead.

Why are they even assuming the merdodos are trying to attack Earth? That rock was clearly sent straight at them. This plan is useless and just fucks over the mermaids who just want to be left alone.

I don't think it's weird. Batiuk misuses terms and namedrops things all the time without bothering to do any research and it's annoying as hell. Remember that old lady a week ago who said she was going to "call MeToo"?
