I'm genuinely happy to be part of this gang and this thread.Selachian posted:"Doc's Nuclear Coffee" is an in-joke that migrated from the Gocomics comments into the actual strip, which you don't see that often. But yeah, be prepared for lots of "Adam is a coffee junky" jokes. Rob Harrell is just the illustrator for the comic. The writer and original artist is Brian Basset, the creator and artist for "Red and Rover." Originally the comic was called "Adam," and the main character used to work in an office before he became a writer; as I recall, it was still pretty bland. I believe that Harrell came on the same time the name was changed to "Adam@Home;" he was brought on so Basset can focus on "Red & Rover."
