It's weird that Apartment 3-G introduces these two as the main characters of this arc and made them so unlikable. We've spent weeks watching the sister get drunk while everyone remains clueless, while the brother has a show where he does "ironic" misogyny and now looks one step away from hitting her.

Going to guess Bernice is gonna force herself past Tiffany and do a complete search of the room, just to make sure she gets Tiffany in trouble.

OK, it looks like there was a strip missed from Gocomics' take on Bad Machinery that should have come before yesterday's, but I think it'll fit in fine here as context for today's. So without further ado...

Dang, would've been disappointed if I was following the strip on GoComics and we didn't get this one.

And Wicked Things is pretty good, although i think Lottie blundered into that frame job a little too easily.

I'm chalking that up to her being a little out of her element / frazzled from the other mystery teens.

I'm wondering if Allison will introduce any supernatural / paranormal elements (like in Bad Machinery) into this comic or keep it a straight mystery. I'm hoping for the latter.

Ugh. Even his own kid is just a prop to talk about how good Les and Cancerwife is.

If Les is so concerned about Hollywood ruining his precious book, then he should just try for an audio book instead.

It's like Batiuk constantly forgets that calling or texting someone is a thing you can do, like how Mason had to fly Les over to Hollywood just to talk about the Cancerwife movie.

You could make an argument for Val tripping his rear end off from hallucinogenic plants in the garden, and that Le Fay's stuff is just her anxiety and poo poo over what Merlin's doing working overtime, but it'd be pretty strained. I'm in the "this is actual magic" camp.

I refuse to believe that there's ever been a piece of media that introduced God drat Merlin and there's no magic present. The exceptions being A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court and Camelot 3000 of course.
