What makes it worse is that Michael's previous job was at a hot dog stand, so there's really not much difference between that and cooking food in a pub. It's lovely classism because Lynn doesn't think it's a "respectable job".

Nah, it's way simplier than that. Gopher is pining for weasel, it's love at first sight despite the whole hellworld thing, so he put the mask and wig on the dummy to make it look like the weasel. Weasel will show up at some point (probably after a couple other storylines) and confess she is also thinking about gopher, and the two will be fated to be together forever after that, like all Holbrook relationships.

The Making Of "Saint Lisa: The Movie"

I have so many questions

1) So Batuik heard the term "closed set" once and thinks that means they'd shut down the ENTIRE STUDIO LOT because they're filming a warmed-over rehash of a 70's movie of the week?
2) I thought they hadn't even agreed on the casting for Lisa yet? So what the hell are they filming?
3) Isn't Mason Jarre (ugh) producing and starring in this thing?
4) Why do I care about any of this, what am I doing with my life

She testified to Congress I believe, so there's that. I mean it's not much to build a movie around but it's something more than getting cancer and dying.

Also apparently her doctor mixed up her test results with someone else's, probably directly contributing in her death, which they did not sue over because nobody's perfect I guess?

That's a good point, it's just that with Holbrook there's always a good chance it would get stupider and worse.

What? No! You two were rightfully upset at this jackass, why are you letting him off the hook and telling him it's fine not to let you know if he'll be gone for the whole night again?

Oh, gently caress me! It's even doing the same bit from Holbrook where his characters explain the joke on the last panel.

I assume the dream is cutting off just before Elon starts incorrectly rules lawyering, since Faerie Fire has no offensive uses and he's describing it as an attack- plus he seems to have decided that he doesn't need to roll Initiative. He's also probably cheating on his spells, since none of them have character sheets and I would absolutely not trust him to keep track of his spells mentally.
