Axa demands she only breathe polluted, germ filled air. I find it amusing she kept her pants on this time because the artist knew she'd be running around without a way to get her loincloth for a while and he can't draw her totally nude the entire time, makes it too hard to cover certain bits. Anyway I don't understand anything at all about Overboard. I read it and it's like Zippy the Pinhead or something, just absolute nonsense I can't make heads or tails of.
