the 420th page of the image thread just reminded me of that one system settings dialog in Windows 9x that had a time displayed, and that time was 4:20. I tried to find it in my Win98 virtual machine in order to take a screenshot, but it wasn't Regional Settings like I remembered. Anyone know what I'm talking about?
