You guys aren't going to believe this, but that guy is our games teacher.
Yes, at least in Windows 10. I imagine they stick around as an accessibility option these days (for people with bad eyesight?) since their original reason for existing (lovely passive matrix LCD displays that had 500ms response time, so the mouse cursor literally wouldn't even appear if it was only shown for a single frame) thankfully isn't relevant any more.

i dont know why but the bigcursor thing always felt so anthropmorphic to me

maybe because the trigger is such a messy analogue input, or maybe just because it is reactive in such a helpful way, but it always felt really cute and friendly!

carry on then

(and can't post for 9 years!)

i mean that's what i do naturally when i lose the cursor on the screen, sounds like they just took what people do already to find it and helped them out a lil

guess we know that cursor didn't go home

it's handy and i like it when my cursor gets lost between code and testing windows. i had a coworker within minor eyesight issues that used it scaled all the time which is a cool feature

xufo was similar but a ufo that would follow a mouse cursor, capture it and drag it to the top left of the screen before releasing it a few seconds later. Used to drive people crazy at University by remotely logging onto their machines and kicking of 10-20 instances.

this is how I feel about Nokia too, they sure were not afraid to experiment with the format and even bring stuff like the 7280 lipstick to market.

Idk what's going on but if you're glitching this bad, you're probably overclocking your house too high. You should probably dial it back a bit before you do permanent damage.
