I was just thinking this and doing some digging: he was a 16th round pick who was mediocre at best pretty much his entire MiLB career, until last year where he exploded in AAA. Thing was though it happened in the PCL which was notoriously offense happy last year. Scouts don't seem to like him much, apparently even the most favorable recent write-up of his where he was listed as the Rockies' 27th best prospect, the scouting report said he "had AAAA-hitter written all over him."  He's only 25 though so I imagine if he crushes it in the KBO he has a decent shot of jumping back over to MLB.

But yeah, if he does well in the KBO and can show that he can hit lefties decently he's got a real good shot of making it back to the majors someday
