Been playing Back 4 Blood with some buddies, really fun take on the Left 4 Dead formula. Do not get the intensely mixed reception, there are definitely some issues here and there but it's a lot of fun. Granted apparently there were some pretty major changes to the formula recently so that might be part of it.

the DLC is also great and you should play it once you've figured everything out but before you do the thing you do actually getting into the DLC is very obtuse, though, they did a very good job of retconning how there could be possibly be something unnoticed in a solar system you have very thoroughly explored

"buy the deluxe edition 6 months later for $20" is pretty sound advice for all open world games speaking of which I'm a few hours into ghost of tsushima and it's pretty cool so far but I'm definitely feeling the "here's a dozen stealth ways to murder people" vs. your uncle nagging you to not do that

sounds like it was completely unintentional and happened by accident someone else posted a screenshot of placeholder text popping up on the hud on top of being a technical horror show it's also supposedly bereft of all the humor and charm of the earlier games (if you agree they had any, which not everyone does)
