Trump then complains in the next sentence that this somehow makes Biden a threat to democracy. How a president choosing not to run again does this is left to the readers' imagination.

Unexpected bonus to Dems that they get to pick a VP in response to Vance. I don’t think they’ll go galactic brain tactical but it is an opportunity as GOP can’t make candidate changes in response. Another plus is we won’t see that dark Brandon meme anymore. Clever at first but was getting cringe especially when his team was trying to use it when we wanted to know if he was mentally incapacitated.
