Not sure if that was the solution or if there was some minor update that coincidentally came out today. Someone on the EA forums hypothesized that it was Too Many Reward Screens. That makes sense to me. Now that I have no rewards to clear through I can log in with no problems. Anyways!! Figured I'd put it in here just in case someone else or someone else's friend had had a similar problem. The US is gigantic and only certain states have servers. I live in the southeastern US and my best choices are South Carolina, New York, or Dallas Texas. Like that poster said, we used to have Virginia servers but those were really bad a lot of the time so I don't miss them. I've barely had any issues playing on SC servers this season but NY has been 50/50 decent/terrible so I've been staying away from them recently.

  I put it on the Kraber, obviously I'll still never use the Mozambique out of memetimes but it is fairly respectable as a landing weapon. To be quite honest I could really get used to starting with Evo 1 and a Mozzy if it was baseline. The tighter loot pool is nice too with all the chaff cut out.

Loba is an essential pick for this gamemode. I've been using her on the drop just to land straight on purple armour and running up to crates to snatch good gear off my teammates because they don't know there's something useful in it. Feels like they're not too stingy with the points for the challenges either. I'm halfway to unlocking everything (except the badges which look like they'll take me the full 12 weeks if I don't miss out) after 2 days of games. Mozzie with the extra round + the overall game's latency fixes have really made it a gun I'll pick up if I have nothing. Just had a round where I was destroying teams with it that I actually ran out of shotgun ammo.

Hammerpoint day was fun but dear lord every game we did last night just had us firing a shot and then it was a nonstop parade of teams walking into our killzone up until we finally got overwhelmed. Actually swapped over to ranked for a game just so I could have a gunfight without getting shot in the back.

i cant get a handle on map movement and zone control in olympus, theres so many wide open spaces to traverse with no cover and most points of interest have no discernable "edge" to cover a flank. i dont understand it!! how are you supposed to stay on the outside of fights

i clutched a 1v3 on olympus off the drop yesterday, then pubbie drug us into a 3v2 in the open between docks and power grid. we won that fight, i got my shield refilled, then we got pinched between 3 teams. i still don't like olympus, but i really like the KC updates

I also really hate the number of "oh that's actually a death pit" spots on Olympus, especially when WE has updrafts over the deep lava pits to put you back on the map

Got a few games with Fuse under my belt and he's pretty darn fun. It's quite nice to be able to carry an insane amount of grenades, and with his launcher shooting so straight for quite a distance, lead a bit with an arc star and it's not too difficult to stick someone. I haven't quite figured out the knuckle cluster yet, so any tips on that would be appreciated. I also love how far his ult can be launched, and its charge rate isn't too shabby.

The most reliable use I've found for the knucklecluster is to shoot them at knocked enemies, especially if you think they might get picked up by a teammate.
