Its not horribly designed, like, i was able to do it solo in regular play without inconveniencing my team but yeah thats not gonna stop your pubbie third from just abandoning you and running off

ive been able to get through the first two parts without too much trouble. took me 3 tries on the first one (one was just learning how to read the yellow signs), 2 on the second because a solo octane ran me down halfway though. its stupid. they should just make single player movement challenges that i can play until my fingers fall off.

Logged my first 2k game. 6 kills, 8 knocks. Cringe/laugh at my awful looting skills! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=esIA4_twCf0 I friggin' love the Rampage. It hits like a truck anyway, and amped up it's like an SMG that fires anvils instead of bullets.

Big agree for the Rampage, I don't know what it is but recently it's really clicked with me as a weapon and I've actually been owning with it consistently. Might be because when not rev'd up the fire rate is so low the recoil is basically nonexistent. Makes for super easy tracking when hip firing it. not a fan of the powerup mode. it's really only useful in situations where you need to push or fight, but you can't due to the charge up time, and you lose juice too quickly passively to make it worth charging it up proactively.

The rampage misses an astonishing number of shots for me. Maybe I am actually blind, or it has super slow bullet velocity or something, but I will just be drilling people in the chest at 40 feet and watch in awe as 40% of my shots no reg.

2 weeks later and the servers are still a fuckin goop. Can't run in a straight line without stuttering backwards and glitching. Actual gun fights seem mostly ok, but something is still turbo hosed. 40-50 ping, so it's not that.

Yeah I unlocked Seer, the only legend I have animated banner for, and let it run. First match I crashed for the first time since the servers went bad and so did my teammate, who also had an animated banner.

I think there's precedence for this. Wasn't Hype Beast + matching Longbow skin and Caustic's purple/green stuff event limited cosmetics that got added to the pool? Still, adding entire collections is great. Now if only the organising when you have a bunch of them wasn't horseshit...

You’re right that they were added during the Grand Soirée event in Season 3, and they were available for purchase at that time, but they weren’t technically part of that event’s cosmetics. Which is particularly surprising for Bangalore’s Viceroy skin and matching RE-45, cause they really look like they belong with the other Grand Soirée skins. Also there’s a Prowler that matches that Caustic. There’s an even earlier example, too. During Voidwalker in Season 2 they added 5 weapon skins (and a Gibraltar banner for some reason) to the general loot pool. They weren’t immediately available for purchase though so the event vs non-event thing wasn’t as confusing.

One of the goons I played with tonight had this issue, they turned off the opt-in Steam beta stuff and restarted Steam and it started working. No idea if that was the actual issue, that's just the thing they changed before it started working. I myself had no issues.
