It’s not like he’s guessing at how it’s supposed to work, the Source engine is extremely well-known and understood at this point.

If you're crouched and fully pulled with a bocek you get an almost perfectly accurate shot even without ADSing, and Revenant can do that at full walk speed. Guess I just won't bother picking up the shatter caps.

I did hear some of the pros talk about that, specifically the TSM team that was landing there for finals and complaining all week about bad loot and a stealth change to it. They ended up winning so I guess its not a huge deal.

ALGS is really the only competitive battle royale I can watch. And thats honestly mostly due to the fact they take the time to have spectator cameras and arent just constantly swapping between various viewpoints trying to find action. Also i like the swap to storm point because gently caress am i tired of worlds edge at this point.

It really needs a height cap or something because that's insane.

I think they kinda know about valk but dont have a real response yet which is why she is one of the free unlocks this year. Just give her to everyone that way no ones locked out of the meta Also i cant wait to try crypto with the new changes.

yes, unranked games also have MMR but it's a lot looser once you get out of newbie island. It's also easy to escape newbie island if you're a smurf or just good at FPSes and picking Apex up quickly. Once you get to a certain level of skill, unranked's matchmaking algorithm basically just throws up its hands and shoves anyone it can find into a lobby to fill it, preds or masters getting paired with people who play pretty casually are pretty common.
