Teammate pushed a little too hard as we third partied the final fight. They ended up dying to the ring as me and the other teammate backed off. No worries, we can easily gatekeep the lone surviving enemy. 30 seconds later we’ve won, but in that time the fallen teammate pinged their deathbox a few times and then ragequit. Baffling behavior.

Spitfire is really solid now I think. You can absolutely destroy people at midrange and if your aim's on fire you can pretty much drill an entire squad on a single mag. Even up close it scares people because all the R99s shoot their load in under a second and if they whiff that you're pretty much safe to obliterate them while they're fumbling a mag change midfight. Maybe this is old news to everyone but I've found a fun Loba trick. You can see treasure packs through walls to know when enemy teams open boxes or have been in the area recently.

Spitfire on Rampart is basically cheating, just never stops firing, then you end up reloading as fast if not faster than the dorks with the R-99s. (Speaking of, lol it's kinda weird that the Chaos Theory Rampart skin has an R-99 to go with it. It's a nice skin but c'monnnnnnn). Really coming to love the L-Star a lot as well. It's an absolute ammo hog but it's so versatile. I've had shocking success just tapping out shots at distance, letting the low drop off take care of things while we wait for a opportunity to push. I just wish the Devotion felt as good to use as it's LMG buddies. Even with Rampart+Turbocharger it's a cow of a gun to use for anything other than fooling around, and that's a lot of set up when the L-Star does better pretty much off the ground.

Make the Devotion a care package gun again, bring back the Prowler. That way the Devotion can be the beastly gun it was again without compromising it the way it is currently, it just doesn't feel good to use even with Turbocharger. Yeah it was overpowered before but now it's just kind of gnarly. The LSTAR feels like a fantastic secondary weapon if you have gold mags, just whip it out and as long as you're sensible with your fire rate you can keep the pressure on until the gold mags reload. I like the way it handles, it's pretty user friendly and it's terrifying if it's present on a hot drop.

The only thing with the L-Star is that I think the bullets seem to shoot out in a bit of a diamond pattern? So you can get the timing wrong where the bullets are off just a hair from the person it feels like they're dancing through your shots. IDK maybe it's me. I do really like the gun though and pick it up on occasion. When it hits it melts people.

Have they addressed matchmaking issues at all? Ever since the hotfix for the VWOOOOSH sound bug I don't get a teammate in duos like 90% of the time When I do get a teammate they sometimes mention in chat they usually don't get one either pls fix

I don't really like using the variable sights. I like using the 2x on AR's. The 3x is actually insanely effective on the R-301, it's pretty broken how easy that gun is to control

I think it was fun for an event, but removing a whole tier of loot seems excessive. Blue gear will just become the new white. Only now you won't have an advantage because you get some lucky purple mods vs a more skilled player with no mods/white mods. I do think you should spawn with a Mozambique, 1x sight + some meds, tho.

IDK if they need to remove other loot but getting a gun and a white shield makes more sense than not landing with either. Especially considering how many trash pubbies want to land hot with no idea of what they're doing.
