I mean, its a 5/10 second queue and maybe 30s set up time. Who cares? I queued up to play a 3v3 game, so did they. If they have complaints about me not sticking around for a 2v3, they can blame the first person who left, or respawn, depending on why the original guy left. I'm not gonna feel bad for wanting to play a proper match.

I don't even think that's needed tbh, three round wins in a row goes really fast if one side is stomping. I'm willing to forgive that some people have the ingrained "hit ESC > Leave Match" habit upon seeing SQUAD ELIMINATED if only because I've done it a couple of times though.

I won't DC first (although will admit i've done the squad eliminated, DC, "oh poo poo gently caress this isn't trios" thing a couple of times) but I absolutely will DC if someone else does.

Having a problem where I can't connect to a match. I'm solo, but when I try to queue it says "party not ready." My username is just "player" even though when I click on it my name comes up and I can see my username and stats. I can't join a game or even the firing range. Any idea how to fix? I've closed the game, restarted my console, tried everything I could think of. e: nvm, fixed itself after about 30 minutes e2: now it's doing it again  Game has been poo poo connection-wise since the new season dropped.

I'm torn between Yifftane and Gorrilaustic If I get Yifftane I'll have Jade Panther and Rudolph, making Octane my Yiff Main with his third murry furry skin However I missed out on getting RoboCaustic back in the day due to financial struggles and I don't want to be trapped in a world where yet another cool skin passes me by. Both characters are Cool and Good but I play more Octane

You still get credit for the match and the Treasure Pack, didn't ruin a teammate's game, and it takes like 4 minutes tops.

Yeah I found it strangely serene to get last season's keycard holosprays with solo octane. Just zipping around Kings Canyon, pausing to listen to the ambient sounds from time to time. Sublime I was watching some of the goons play yesterday in Olympus where there was a solo octane driving madly about in a Trident with no apparent purpose other than to cause a ruckus. It got me to thinking. What if dropping solo (intentionally or because of teammate DC) would give you a personal quest, like visiting a list of POIs or scanning X different survey beacons. Just something to give you purpose and maybe grant an xp bonus. I think it'd be funny to see solo players roaming around doing their own thing rather than just ratting or wraithing
