it’s super childish I know but I have to force myself using as much self control as possible to go to bed at a reasonable time I went thru a phase where 2am was my target. after that was unreasonable but I’d aim for 2am lol youtube ain’t gonna watch itself

i started taking nortyptiline at night for stomach issues and that poo poo does a great job of knocking me out. it's helped me start going to bed at a decent hour, but now i wake up at like 3 or 4 and never get back to sleep, then need a mid day nap

The fact your doctor went out of their way to order the significantly pricier and more pain in the rear end test for LSD just means they're a narc to the point of being a pain in the rear end and you're better off for dropping them. Your average drug test isn't looking for it because it's destroyed extremely quickly in the sample in response to light so you need to keep it in the dark the entire time. At least as I understand the testing methodology.
