i managed to get 3 solid hours of sleep with my CPAP tonight! it still needs adjusting ofc but the fact i even remembered to set it up before i fell unconscious is a step forward lmao

ive had a cpap for a few weeks now and while my wife says my snoring has stopped, im still completely exhausted each and every day. i figured it's cause something is always waking me up but ive been on a work trip and im sleeping straight through the night and still waking up incredibly tired so what the gently caress

i stayed up to look at the stars. then when i was going to bed, the power went out and knocked out the street light across the street so i got everything back out and got a great view of the orion nebula now i'm tired

had a few drinks last night to celebrate with the gf. drunkenly decided not to take my sleep meds because we got to bed late and the med can make me feel hung over the next morning if I don’t get enough sleep predictably, slept like absolute poo poo. woke up hungover from the booze anyway. worst of both worlds

Before today, the entire month i only managed 48 hours with a cpap (maybe only got a hundred or so hours of sleep tbh) Last night i slept a whole 9 hours using the cpap! Unfortunately I was apparently upright, slumped over with my head near my legs but !!! wow! 9 hours!!
