I tried to watch In the Line of Fire for the first time in like 25 years. Had to turn it off, just 2 hours of Clint being as misogynistic and over-the-top "man" as he can. How was that an Oscar contender? No joke, about the 5th time he winked at Renee Russo after putting her in her place I groaned and grabbed the remote.

Spiderman. its funny how unlikeable he ends up being, so many times I wanna smack him and be like "stop being a dumbass" and poor mary jane cant get a lick of characterization that isn't her fretting over some boy and poor kirsten dunst why didnt they just hire a real readhead lol still fun movie and a trip to see how little the filmmakers trusted the audience. theres one scene where green goblin is like "no matter how much good u do, ppl will hate u anyway" and then 15 seocnds later goblni is gone and they repeat the exact quote again like in peter's mind, and then near the end Peter says it aloud too -- riught after some people he helped hated him :O |

Bodies Bodies Bodies It's an A24 slasher flick, and it was great. Did a good job of playing with the slasher formula without being overly cute about it. Also some really cool directorial touches to keep the audience informed when 50% of the movie took place in the dark. |
