so move more eat less is still a terrible strategy, but its the only one i know, so ive been eating crow, and moving more/eating less for a solid month. yesterday I failed to hit the weights because work was a mess and it legit made me nervous I was going to flag out and quit. But today I'm back and managed to PR on squats. feels pretty good!

I feel set for autumn days out now.   ^^ of course I'm wearing this reversed on the all-black side.
