Serious question: are there any similar video tools that can remove facial tics or excessive blinking? I've got a colleague with bad motor tics that was looking for something like that so our clients stop asking him if he's okay  He's already got the vocal tics sorted with an old guitar hero pedal wired up to mute his mic whenever he puts leans on it
