you might think that having an extra person doing food prep instead of taking orders would help with the long lines but if that was the problem they were trying to solve they could hire an additional person and put them on food prep without any ai bullshit involved, and they haven't done that at any point in the past, so

its clearly nonsense though as the kitchen is always the slowest part. also, a long time ago they tried doing order taking at a centralized "call center", so if that didnt work the AI isnt gonna fix anything more importantly wendy's needs to fix their loving app before they start talking about AI

i was talking to a friend who works in seo recently and as you might expect they have been using chatgpt a tonne to write plausible-looking articles that are not intended to ever be read by anyone except google in a sane world you might wonder why we need to put all this effort into producing millions of websites written by nobody, read by nobody, but this is the cyberpunk thread so you all know the answer already
