The mists felt choking, sickening, as the five stared each other down. Discussion would pick up, and then it would fall silent. It came down to two - and just as the sun set, the final votes were cast. The one who the others cast out suddenly rose to their feet. "Please, no! There must be some mistake! It can't be me! It just can't!" A blade pierces the lungs, a shriek of terror and anguish reverberated through the room. When the mists cleared, they would see missives clutched to their breast, now soaked in their blood. Their face - one of anguish and sadness and melanchony, twisted into a monstrous visage of denial. SalTheBard, Sir Tristan, SCUM Aligned Roleblocker, was executed at the end of Day 5. quote:You are Tristan, a Knight of the Round Table. A silence gripped them as the sun set. The morning comes fast, and with it, the mist. Those remaining stand, presenting themselves for the day - haggard, weary, but still planning to weed out the conspirators to the last. Each one awakes, wondering which among them has vanished today. Which is why it comes as a shock that the smell of wet copper does not assault their nostrils. As they gingerly make their way to the Round Table, for yet another deliberate... they find that the headcount remains four. Miraculously, for the first time since the mists enveloped them, they are all still here. No one has died on Night 5. It is now Day 6. Deadline is Friday, April 14th, 8:00 PM US Eastern Time. That's 48 hours from now.

He could not shake how many of his fellows who had pledged to accompany him on his quest wound up dead. For a time, he mediated in churches, plumbing the depths of his soul as to whether he should still make the journey. With the Kingdom of Camelot in the hands of Mordred, he felt relieved enough to make his journey. He bid his father the best, and left, ne'er to return - on the quest for the Holy Grail. Not for glory, but for something that might mean peace of mind. Camelot survived, but only just. But hanging by a thread, it found a way to a peaceful new age. Hal Insandenza, Sir Lancelot, TOWN Aligned Jailer, has lived through the ordeal. Snooze Cruise, Sir Mordred, TOWN Aligned Tracker, has lived through the ordeal. Sandwolf, Sir Galahad, TOWN Aligned All threats to the Town have been eliminated. The Town has emerged victorious.
