I think I'm at Zoya right now.

-Hal visited me with no ill effects, according to Sandwolf.

-Sandwolf has some verification of actions - I don't like the name of his role, but I do think he can speak with the dead, which is more useful for town.

-It's plausible that Zoya can kill or jail, and decided to jail to try to ride townie cred. It's my best guess, I think.

I also lean Zoya for a few reasons

- The weirdness around the results with Opop. I can break it down again here, but I just don't think he gives me the action failed the other night and doesn't clear up the weirdness around the N2 result where he definitely did NOT say action failed unless there was really no jailing on N2
- The "blocked/failed" result on Beet and the explanation for it still makes no sense
- The relentless SK speculation and bending over backwards to pin it on me via jail results

My instinct at the moment is Zoya is scum jailer, the scum had a single vig or other way to get an extra kill N1, and Zoya has ridden that to create this SK narrative

I can still see scenarios where Keane withheld a kill last night and I guess that Sandwolf (presumably jailed) is actually the bad guy, but I have been burned by ignoring weirdness around night result reporting from the mod before so I will have a hard time letting that go

I don't have verification here, but earlier in the game FoS did see me visiting Shwinn, who experienced no ill effects other than me revealing he was scum.

So now, the question is "Did Hambeet have a juggernaut or some such ability?", right?

I still struggle to see the result of a jailing on a juggernaut coming back as failed. Mod discretion I suppose but the idea would be that even if your target could jugg or whatever thorough the jailing I would think they�d still be considered jailed if someone visited them

I guess you could say beet was �untargetable� and that would give that result, but I�m not sure if anyone else successfully visited beet this game

Hmm so the other thing is if it's a juggernaut kill, and there's an SK, Hum could still be killed. So presumably the jail would work, since it'd still protect Ham right

I don't see a situation where Hambeet causes the jail to fail and manages to cause a night kill.

Crucially, this is the same night that Sandwolf saw Hal visit me - So Sandwolf and Hal used their abilities. So from my perspective I'm left with Zoya.

So going at this again,

Night 5 had 6 players:

FoS was killed
Zoya claims a failed jail on Hambeet.
Hambeet was attempted to be jailed, but failed
Hal visited me, per Sandwolf
I rolecopped Hal.
Sandwolf death masoned FoS, which took place after FoS died.

I can't verify that I'm not scum, so I'm not going to really try - I just have my posts as evidence.

So the failed jail cannot have come from Hal. The kill could not have come from Hal. Hal is cleared.

Open question for me is if Sandwolf can perform an action on top of the death mason ability.

and yes i have no indication that the jail failed because of ham having a juggernaut, that was just my best guess at the time as to why it could have failed

if hal is not just a lying liar, there's still the possibility of someone having a redirection power, which could explain hal not being jailed N2 (but then, who got jailed??) and my power failing N5

but that would mean either sandwolf or keane has a redirection power, and not only that, it isn't a oneshot
