Were I to receive correspondence, I would not publicly reveal anything which may be privileged. That is, assuming the messenging individual were as intellectual as myself, for I much prefer intelligent conversation above drivel about money and husbands.

It seems as though conversation has dwindled, which is precisely what I predicted would happen during a ball. Is everyone off dancing? How very droll. I suggest we have a game. But not a lively one, for I do abhor liveliness. Which of your fellow ball attendees would you wish to... -know better, accomplished via nocturnal investigation? -engage in a private discussion, separate from the distractions of the crowd? -uninvite from these festivities?

CubicalSucrose posted:This is a reasonable stance. One thing I have seen scum teams do though (Galaxy Space or whatever the Crab game recently was) is try and retrospectively align their fakeclaims and actions. This is always easier to do in a way that's consistent with the game state if they haven't claimed yet. By keeping town roles hidden longer, we keep the fakeclaim window longer. They already have better knowledge about which roles are "open" vs not. Locking them in early eliminates future wiggle-room late game. I think that's a worthwhile trade-off. fwiw as a stupid scum, i realy dislike being forced to come up with a fakeclaim cuz i am entirely incapable of doing so. so i could see the town angle on this fortunately i am town this game and do not have to worry about that

I’ll tell you what, I’d do some red neck downlow investigation Hal because I never know what that son of a heel is up to Then I’d tag team with Grandi and we’d get the tag team championships over any poor bastard unlucky enough to get in our way And the I would leave Keats a bloody mess because Jane Austen 3:16 says you can’t trust that no good dirty rotten curd even when he’s part of your stable

I drink a lukewarm cup of milk, and recite my prayers loudly enough such that my younger sisters may overhear and consider their own behavior shameful. I sleep wearing a beige turtleneck.

Eject from the balls: Cube. Or Sandwolf, so he can accuse of me of substandard town play.

It's no wonder you lack suitors. *Sits up straighter and looks ashamed* I daresay I lack suitors because I have not yet met my match for intellect and skill. And no less due to men's baffling preference for women with beauty, grace, or congeniality. One would think 'twould not be so difficult to seek a man who prefers unsalted potatoes, staring off into the distance, and silence (interrupted only by extremely loud unasked-for music).
