None of the scum flips have mentioned anything about someone specifically hunting them. So if one of the scum was the target of a BH I'd assume it to be the last scum left. (I'm assuming only 4 scum in the game.) So if you were the BH trying to secure your wincon, you'd be pushing us to get the last scum, which I'm obviously okay with.
