This is just speaking for myself though. At this stage, though, TM continues to provide non-opinions and light nudges in conversation that don't sit well with me. For now, I'm comfortable with this. ##Vote TM

I had all the votecounts quoted but the only noteworthy thing was that Hal and Moritz were left not voting EOD1. I feel like scum were content to sit back D1 so that is + scumpoints to them.

##vote Illu (for emphasis!) I'm sold on my Illu read: (1) Illu plays a content game and bases his reads on the content he generated. This is easy fake content. (2) Illu avoids voting, or discussing Fancy Illusionis posted:As for Fancy claiming d1 is just something they have decided is a good idea to do, so I wouldn't consider the claiming itself really indicative of anything Then, EOD1 I'd call Illu p scattershot: Illusionis posted:Specifically looking at Spacebanito, Spork and TM who have been recently active Illusionis posted:Answering getting called out on not answering the most important part of a content game first by voting and then calling back to an actual vig in an old game is not a town reaction ##vote Yuming Illusionis posted:That is one weird sequence of posts to enter with ##vote Cube, FoS comeback also stinks Illu is scum avoiding commenting on a soon-to-flip investigative role.

My other top pick atm is Sandwolf. This is mostly a gut read though, his posting gives me bad vibes D1. He also has a bad vote on Fancy. My main hangup is he really doesn't fit with Illu being scum because Sand and I were the only votes sitting on Illu for most of the day.

CubicalSucrose posted:I kinda want to vote Hal or Spork. Yeah Hal volunteered for info role stuff, which turned out to be a little dud-ish and wasn't relevant because AFQM got yeeted. Even if AFQM were alive, scum could've plausibly roleblocked or redirected or just killed them. I don't think it's as town-cleary as Spork was suggesting. I had mistook the timing, thought it was only a few minutes between Fancy asking for volunteers and Hal saying sure. Turns out it was almost two hours. I still think its a town lean to volunteer at all. Sure Hal could be a godfather and investigation proof, though that wouldn't have actually mattered with Fancy's !could power.. Sure the scum team could have a block. All of these are true, which is why Hal isn't 100% town. But volunteering at all draws attention that I believe scum avoid. And I still the Cube's 'placeholder' vote was bad. And the posts after when Cube came back were bad too, mixing people up a lot.

I didn't agree with your case but you were one of my stronger town reads yesterday so I think if Opop saved you, we might be thinking parallel. I like the case on Illu. I had what I thought was also a moment of parallel thinking with Sandwolf D1 that made me lean town but am more ambivalent today. I'd like to know what people think about Moritz. He's super low participation and has only been coming in to chime on the weakest stuff. I think him weighing in on the validity of yuming's miller claim and not recognizing the context was ongoing town/maf vibes reads really bad too.

fool of sound posted:I think that the targets for today are the people who didn't want to join in a last minute vote: Spork, Cube, Nutsack, Hal, TMor. Refusing to join a deadline ex of a town player is a common scum strategy; I do it all the time. I think Cube/Spork/Nutsack are the better targets of those, since not voting at all is more indicative of just hard lurking than scum refusing to vote on a foregone conclusion for cred. This doesn't make sense to me. I was around at EoD and actively arguing a different case. Obviously unprovable, but I would have switched to secure the yeet, but I was waiting till the literal last minute. Even in a foregone conclusion I thinknits best to give everyone as much time to post as possible.

Right let's address at lenght what made me so certain that Yuming is scum at the end of the day. It wasn't simply her answer to vig mason cop, that made me take note and call her out on it, but her response to that is the actually important part betraying a scum mindset.yuming posted:Still organizing my thoughts atm but, Now first why do I pay attention to these responses at all, simply scum often want to answer them because they want to appear like they're participating and fitting in. However pressure, not wanting to step on toes, not wanting to attract attention for naming somebody or any number of other reasons can cause scum to overthink these things and give out weird or only partial responses. Still this is far from a sure thing, town player give weird responses all the time too, but noteworthy enough to call out. yuming posted:This post gets a strong hmmmm Yuming's immediate response to getting called out is to vote me for it, not really indicative of major things yet either, I can see a town player responding like this to someone calling out what in their eyes would be a nothingburger. That's why I was still happier keeping my vote on my gut feeling of Cube. yuming posted:Oh come on, I shot Illu in CPigs lunar game after not firing my vig shot D1… This here is the incriminating response. Instead of calling my pushing on the content game nothing like it should be for a town player, ignoring it or addressing the partial response in any way even, Yuming responds with misdirection. "Don't think about Yuming's actions in this game, think about her actions in an old game". "Don't think about the lack of response in a content game, think about her actions with an actual vig in an old game". Simply put this is a response meant to get people reading it thinking about something other than what is at hand in this game right now. The fact that Yuming feels the need to reframe the issue here tells me that there is in fact something to notice in her original partial response. yuming posted:##vote Illu (for emphasis!) Then we get to today where Yuming makes a case on me by, saying I refused to discuss Fancy while quoting me giving my thoughts on Fancy and picking a scattershot of my posts to show I'm all over the place? The first one being completely out of context as it isn't even a list of people I find scummy and instead a direct followup to this post calling out people with no votes down when we're approaching deadline. Illusionis posted:Way too many people without votes down 1,5h to go for deadline Illusionis posted:Specifically looking at Spacebanito, Spork and TM who have been recently active Also conveniently ignoring the fact that my vote was on Cube, who was the only alternative to Fancy to catch multiple votes, who I had been pushing all day, first on a gut feel, then for reasons I posted later, aside from noting the huge scum tell post from Yuming, before moving back to Cube as nobody else showed interest. Right up until I hammered Fancy 5 minutes to deadline. All of this is to say this whole case is nothing, but a bunch of bull cherrypicked to give the wrong impression of my activity d1. Illusionis posted:This though has me pretty happy keeping my vote on Cube, why do you need a placeholder vote? Why is Hal a safe one? Now regarding other suspicions, I still think Cube is off and the whole placeholder stuff from d1 is very self-conscious for just putting a vote down on who is supposedly your biggest scumfeel. However I think FoS looks far worse now and is second on my scumlist, extremely sparse d1 just to pop in close to deadline, first to vote someone with basically no chance of getting voted out, then immediately pivoting to Fancy for calling it out and loving off, now admittedly the deadline was very early for US players so not posting volumes right there is understandable. More though it's this real confidence to focus on players not on Fancy yeet and specifically not even seemingly considering if Cube is town or scum and if there's significance there to why it ended up being Fancy over Cube. Also the pushing so focusedly on Spork is weird because Spork was present, actively pushing Cube and had in fact mentioned he would hammer Fancy too. Also here later Cube is the other top target today, which doesn't really make sense in context of focusing on non-voters, since if Cube is scum there should be a high likelyhood of scum in the people who voted to push Fancy on the vote lead after they were tied 3-3 fool of sound posted:I think that the targets for today are the people who didn't want to join in a last minute vote: Spork, Cube, Nutsack, Hal, TMor.
