Quote of the day, “Naturally, I do not suggest that America start a war or send out engraved invitations to a Star Wars-type invasion from some galaxy far, far away. I just wish I could convince more thinking people of what I believe is true — that continued racial divisions within our society pose every bit as great a threat to our survival as a nation as any outside attack, be it from earthly or other-worldly enemies.” ~ Ben Carson

I really love this quote from big ben last night: "Well, putting the special ops people in there is better than not having them there, because they — that’s why they’re called special ops, they’re actually able to guide some of the other things that we’re doing there."

The problem with the drawing of Cruz is insufficient emphasis on the shape of his nose. He's got a very weird, beaky nose. Still, it's reasonably recognizable, and captures his general, overall smugness. But that drawing of Fiorina looks more like David Spade back when he had long hair but no goatee, in like the mid-'90s. I suspect the illustrator just isn't good at drawing the faces of women who are neither generic-looking nor pretty. I think they got the shape of her head wrong.
