The problem with the drawing of Cruz is insufficient emphasis on the shape of his nose. He's got a very weird, beaky nose. Still, it's reasonably recognizable, and captures his general, overall smugness. But that drawing of Fiorina looks more like David Spade back when he had long hair but no goatee, in like the mid-'90s. I suspect the illustrator just isn't good at drawing the faces of women who are neither generic-looking nor pretty. I think they got the shape of her head wrong.
