The main bad guy is a big fat owl who's name is innuendo inspired. Highlights include watching people push a bunch of cows out of a flood in the live action segments and having a bunch of screwy series of events that lead up to the finale. It shares a ton of similarities between the Pony movie, but only one of them pulled it off decently. Rockadoodle failed in a similar fashion like Cool World since they both were gunning for Roger Rabbit. However Cool World supposedly has a copy of the movie that the director owns that's the only good and finished cut of the film in existence. It's also around 3 hours long according to rumors. A lot of the 1980's animated movies have fallen by the Wayside. You can't even find weird fanart about Ralph Bakshi's fire and ice.  Because Game of Thrones ensured that google would never turn anything else up that used fire and ice in it's title.
